In 2015 there was a seven-month negotiation course in the Strategic Account Division of Leumi Card which was meant to upgrade the capabilities of preparing for negotiations with customers, and to make the process more efficient. The program included individual support for sales managers and group sessions for practice and expanding the main contents.

The negotiation workshops at Shakla & Tariya are a basic, unique and essential tool for all personnel in the organization.

Although not every employee needs technical, marketing or financial skills – all employees need interpersonal skills.
