If people used to have a short fuse, these days they have no fuse. We are expected to respond quickly, briefly and precisely, and it seems like no one is interested in anything but the\u00a0 bottom line. It\u2019s as though reality were dictating and diverting us so that all we want is to prevail over the circumstances of the day and the breakdowns that seem inevitable.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">It is possible however to manage processes and conduct ourselves in a way that changes us from being led to leading. We can forge a unique path and conduct the process with consideration for the day after. We can stop trying to convince and persuade, when we negotiate, and start having a mutually enlightening conversation based on asking questions.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Our way was developed and consolidated into a structured method, the Tsur Method, by the founder of Shakla &amp; Tariya, Atty. Michael Tsur, in the course of more than thirty years.
