CNO
Chief Negotiation Officer
Internal Organizational Negotiation Specialist Training graduates of the flagship Negotiation Specialist Program (NSP) for CNO positions in organizations, according to the Tsur Method
15 weekly sessions, 5 academic hours each
We conduct negotiations, all of us, all day, and sometimes even at night, with employees, partners, colleagues, family members, even with ourselves.
Negotiation may be seen as an attempt to convince or to persuade by applying, consciously or unconsciously, different methodologies in different situations. We rely, for the most part, on past experience, intuition and, as some say, natural talent.
Even in organizations where negotiation processes can be long and complex, the negotiators are often chosen for the job on the basis of the negotiating talent they seem to have, their reputations, their status, and not on the basis of formal training and having mastered the methods.
More and more companies and organizations worldwide have been coming to realize that internal professional negotiators are crucial for their business management, both external and internal. These professionals are in charge of efficiency in decision-making within negotiation processes and of providing support for the management of delicate and challenging internal organizational situations day to day. They get up in the morning and see the world in terms of negotiatory thinking. In doing so, they aim for the principal goal which is to protect the organization’s assets and save its resources.
