Shakla Social

Social Responsibility

The Shakla spirit is the set of values shared by the Shakla & Tariya community, which includes giving, empowering the individual, giving a voice to different populations and promoting social justice. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with Ganit Poleg-Spark from Shakla & Tariya for the last few years in my role as the chief executive of the Gvahim Entrepreneurship Center (GEC) NGO. Ganit invested her energy, time and expertise as a speaker and mentor in the fields of negotation and conflict management for individuals and organizations.

In addition to her generosity, empathy, communication skills and sensitivity, Ganit is inspiring and empowers everyone she interacts with.

Her desire to share her knowledge and experience with start-up founders is limitless. Ganit combines theory and practice creatively, with meetings in person and online. It is a pleasure to work with her, and I am looking forward to further opportunities to collaborate with her and learn from her.

Michael Tsur, from Shakla & Tariya, has been presenting the “Negotiating in Daily Life” workshop, for years, in the Restart program for wounded IDF soldiers. The opportunity to hear and learn from one of the leading experts in Israel in this field is fascinating and exceptional. His workshop is one of the most popular workshops of this NGO’s program. For populations such as the IDF wounded, the chance to acquire tools for conducting negotiation is very important and enables them in coping with challenges in daily life, but no less in promoting their professional careers. It is a privilege to work with Michael, and it is an honor for us, as wounded IDF soldiers, to receive his assistance.
