Negotiation Trainer Program
Many companies and organizations in the world recognize the importance of teaching negotiation to units that deal with it regularly and to all their executives and employees. They need a structured method in order to gather and analyze data in accordance with a given situation. They also have become more and more required to think creatively in obtaining updated information about customers and employees in a particular matter and in choosing optimal action with consideration for its impact on the day after.
Organizations and individuals who have done programs at Shakla & Tariya in the Tsur Method report improvement in reaching their goals along with significant savings of financial and emotional assets, a feeling of confidence in their capabilities of recognition, management and conduct in challenging situations, and strengthened relationships at work and at home.
