The graduates of Shakla & Tariya are women and men with a positive and constructive approach to life. Gifted with natural curiosity, they are open minded, with learning abilities and creativity. Our graduates have diverse personal and professional life experience as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. They excel at working with groups and have experienced more than a few challenges. They have knowledge and experience that has been tested in difficult situations, and they are not daunted by crisis situations. Believing in the heterogeneous and in the power of difference, the Shakla & Tariya community is diverse with regard to age, sector and location, and their professional fields include senior management, law, finance, technology, organizational consulting, wealth management, real estate, mediation, journalism, and more.

After completing the NSP program at Shakla, I understood that every encounter I have with anyone is a kind of negotiation. In the course of that year, I received tools for understanding these encounters and for improving my conduct in them, for my own wellbeing and for the wellbeing of those around me.
