Shakla Australia, established in 2013, is directed by Ganit Poleg Spark who represents Shakla & Tariya in Australia. Ganit is a jurist with a master’s degree in organizational conflict management, and she researches the effects of identity, culture and gender on negotiation and leadership. She is a business and family mediator and also leads group listening sessions for groups, couples and families.

Her field of expertise is in providing support for executives and organizations in conducting negotiation processes and in managing conflicts and crisis situations.

Ganit has vast experience as an internal and external organizational advisor for developing skills and  systems for conflict management and supporting organizational transition processes.

Shakla Australia is the global training center of Shakla & Tariya, with online courses in the Tsur Method available in different languages including English, Hebrew, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
